Downtown Music leases band space on a month to month basis after a 90 day trial period. One month's
rent plus a security deposit is required at time of occupancy. The security
deposit is fully refundable, less a $40 addministration fee, within 15 days written notice of vacancy. Our rooms range in size from 100 sq/ft up to 500 sq/ft. Please call or email for rates and availability.
